Over the River and Through the Woods: Play Time in the Snow

For a bunch of island babies, my kids love the snow!

My sweet sister-in-law hit the thrift stores in Minnesota to buy all my kids snow gear so that they could get out there and play as quickly as possible.  They all stayed out as long as they could every day and had a blast playing in the snow with their cousins.

All these pictures are from the first day playin out in the snow but the kids went out every day that we were at my mom's house until it finally got too cold to be outside (-17 degrees).  I love that they had so much fun but I'd forgotten how cold winter can be and how much work it is to get kids in to snow gear!
