Hello! Love your blog! My husband has some former co-workers who went over to Kwaj when their company started doing layoffs (Motorola in TX).
Here's my recommendation about handling monsters with my kids. Our rule is that monsters are not allowed in our house, so they know they cannot visit us. They would get into a lot of trouble with me if they showed up. For a 2-3 year-old who thinks that mommy/daddy rules the world, this explanation works.
